PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The City of White Bear Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 4701 Highway 61, White Bear Lake, Minnesota on Monday, January 26, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. to hear and make a recommendation to the City Council on the following requests:

1. Case No. 26-2-CUP: The applicant, St Anne’s Academy, is requesting a conditional use permit amendment, per code section 1305.060.7, in order to construct a new building to relocate and expand the number of classrooms on site at the property located at 2445 County Rd E.

2. Case No. 26-4-CUP: The applicant, White Bear Lake Area Schools, is requesting a conditional use permit amendment, per code section, 1305.060.7, in order to expand the parking lot at White Bear Lake Area High School located at 5045 Division Avenue.

3. Case No. 26-5-CUP: The applicant, White Bear Lake Area Schools, is requesting a conditional use permit amendment, per code section 1305.060.7, in order to expand the parking lot at the Sunrise District Center located at 2399 Cedar Avenue.

Unless continued by the Planning Commission, these items will be heard by the City Council on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

Comments may be presented at the public hearing or filed with the Planning Department until 12:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the hearing in order to be included in the packets. Each response will be considered before the Planning Commission makes a recommendation to the City Council.
