Administration

The City Manager's office provides general administrative services for management of the city to ensure that all City Council policies and directives are implemented.

In accordance with the City's Charter and Municipal Code, the City Manager is responsible for the enforcement of the city's ordinances and resolutions of the Council, appointment of city employees, preparation and enforcement of the budget adopted by the Council, labor relations, expenditure of funds and control of all departments and divisions of the City.
