The Building Department is currently accepting permit applications through one of the following methods:
- ePermit system (White Bear Lake only - see ePermit site for available ePermits).
- Email the permit application(s) (and plans under 11x17 if required) to building [at] whitebearlakemn.gov (building[at]whitebearlakemn[dot]gov) (White Bear Lake & Mahtomedi permits).
- Drop off the permit application(s) (and plans if required) at City Hall - Monday-Friday between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
