Pavilion Reservations
- Reserving a Pavilion - For reservations, visit our parks online reservation system. Your receipt serves as your park permit. Note that not all parks have a reservable space.
- Park Rental Rules and Guidelines - When reserving a pavilion, carefully review and follow all Park Rental Rules and Guidelines.
- Fees - For current rates, view this year's Fee Schedule.
- Key Access Required (Lakewood Hill and Podvin Park) - For reservations at Lakewood Hills and Podvin Park facilities, keys are required and must be picked up on your reservation day and returned at the White Bear Lake Police Department, 4701 Highway 61, with proof of receipt and picture ID. For weekend and after hours reservations, use the lobby phone for assistance.

- Rental Season - Park pavilions and facilities are reservable when the weather warms enough for the water lines. Reservations for park facilities ends around October 15. Parks remain open to the public during the winter, but all facilities and restrooms will be closed.
- No Alcohol - Alcohol is not permitted in parks, including for private parties.
- Special Reservations:
- Erd-Geist Gazebo - Located in Matoska Park, this unique structure is available for reservations. For reservations (maximum two hours), call Public Works at 651-747-3650.
- Boatworks Commons Community Room - For an upscale indoor facility available year-round, check out the Boatworks Commons Community Room that overlooks the lake near the boardwalk.

Special Events
For special events promoted to the public, such as parades, races, festivals, etc., please visit the Special Event Permit to review the policies and submit an application. As outlined in the policies, please provide advanced notice to allow for staff review, as well as City Council approval as necessary.
