Planning Commission Meeting

The City of White Bear Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 4701 Highway 61, White Bear Lake, Minnesota on Monday, May 18, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. to hear and make a recommendation to the City Council on the following request:

1. Case No. 26-12-PUD: The applicant, Benedictine Cerenity Senior Care, is requesting an amendment to their Planned Unit Development per code section 1311.120 in order to expand the parking lot along the north side of the building at 1900 Webber Street. It should be noted that this PUD amendment application includes review of a PUD overlay zoning map amendment from R-3 to R-3/PUD, a PUD development plan and a PUD site plan. 

The Planning Commission generally meets the last Monday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. 

The meeting in May is scheduled one week prior to Memorial Day.
