The Rental Housing Specialist enforces rental property licensing and maintenance standards set forth in Chapter 502 the City's Municipal Code. If you wish to report a concern related to rental standards, please complete the form below. Reporting the correct address is very important. If address is unknown, please provide an accurate description. Example: "Vacant lot on the north west corner of County Road E and Highway 61" rather than "On the corner of Main Street and 4th", which puts all four properties at the corner at 4th and Main Street at question.
Type of Issue
For example: "bathroom sink is clogged," or "roaches," or "open wires" rather than "needs to be condemned," or "it's awful."
