Join the White Bear Lake Police Department for the first-ever Cops & Bobbers fishing event—a unique opportunity designed to bring local youth and officers together for a memorable day of fishing and connection on White Bear Lake!
The event will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Lions Park and on White Bear Lake.
This event is geared toward kids ages 7–12 who live in or attend school in White Bear Lake. Participation is nomination-based, with space limited to 12 participants. Those selected will spend one-on-one time with officers and volunteers, learning basic fishing skills and enjoying time outdoors in a relaxed, supportive environment. No prior fishing experience is needed.
Fishing equipment, bait, and lunch will be provided.
Nominations will open May 4, 2026 and close June 1, 2026. The nomination form can be found below. Please complete one registration form per child. Participants will be notified the first week of June.
