Permit to Purchase

The permit to purchase or possess firearms form may be downloaded, completed and returned to the White Bear Lake Police Department in person, via fax 651-429-8501 or by mail to the address below.  Please send a copy of your drivers license to cristow [at] whitebearlakemn.gov (cristow[at]whitebearlakemn[dot]gov).  Your completed permit will be returned to you by mail.
