Solicitors must pass a background check and have a valid City issued permit in White Bear Lake. Visit the solicitor's business license page for more information.

Yes, dogs that are three months of age or older must be licensed.  Click dog license for the required application.

Fingerprinting services are available at the White Bear Lake Police Department.  There is no fee for residents of the City of White Bear Lake and for non-residents there is a $20 fee.

Copies of police reports and accident reports are available at the police department's records counter.  You can request a copy of a report Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling records at (651) 429-8550 or stopping in the police department.  For your convenience, you may also download a report request form and either bring it to the police department or fax it to (651) 429-8501. 

Complete the Permit to Purchase a Firearm form and return it to the White Bear Lake Police Department.  You MUST apply in your city of residence.

To receive a Permit to Carry a Firearm you must request that through the County Sheriff's Department in which you reside.

The parking regulations can be found in Chapter 603 -  Parking of the City's Municipal Code.

Under the age of 16 years is 10:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m., 7 days a week.

16 and 17 years is 12:00 a.m. - 5:00 a.m., 7 days a week.
